This massage is firm as well as beneficial and is designed to heal sore muscles and ease away aches and pains. The Deep Tissue massage targets the deeper layers of muscle and surrounding connective tissues, and can assist with a wide range of conditions and pain.

The whole point of this treatment is to break up muscle tension, adhesions and scar tissue that often lie in deeper musculature, so our therapist will likely be applying a good deal of pressure. However, you should let us know if this becomes too uncomfortable.
