Cancellation, Late Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your appointment.

- Cancellation with more than 4 hours’ notice: You may request a refund. A $10 cancellation/refund fee per booking will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Late cancellation (within 4 hours of your appointment) : The booking payment is non-refundable, as we may not have enough time to fill the appointment.
- No-show: If you do not attend your appointment and do not contact us, the booking payment is non-refundable.
- Late arrival: If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened so that we can stay on schedule. The full booking price will still apply.
- If we cancel your booking: If we need to cancel your appointment or are unable to provide the booked service, you will be entitled to a full refund, with no cancellation fee.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
